I am glad you are here. Through all the challenging curveballs life often throws at us, I believe we each have a little bit of fight within us to work towards healing, growth, and wholeness.. Through this lens, I listen empathically and respond with grace, compassion, and candor to support you in healing through painful life experiences, navigating life transitions, addressing past & present relational hurts, developing helpful coping mechanisms, and arriving at a deeper awareness of yourself and others. It is a sincere privilege to be a part of your journey to help instill hope, nurture the strengths that already reside in you, and overall facilitate healing.
My approach to therapy is integrative and culturally-sensitive, often drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-theory, and somatic approaches. I currently see individuals and couples 18 and above (and work with teens/families as needed). I am a Level One PACT Therapist (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) and use its principles in my work with couples.
