1. Scope of Services
Healing Haven Psychotherapy PLLC provides mental health services, including but not limited to psychotherapy, counseling, and wellness resources. Services may be provided in person or virtually, depending on your location and clinician availability. All services are delivered by a licensed clinical psychologist.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old OR have parental/legal guardian consent to use our Services. Services are available only to individuals located in jurisdictions where our providers are legally authorized to practice, which currently is the state of Texas.

3. No Emergency Services
Our services are not intended for crisis or emergency situations. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 (U.S.).

4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All sessions and communications are kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be scheduled online, via phone, or in person. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in your intake paperwork.

6. Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept private pay only through [debit, credit, HSA, American Express cards or check]. Out-of-network insurance reimbursement may be available depending on your plan and provider; it is your responsibility to verify coverage. Fees will be discussed before your first session. Sliding scale rates may be available-apply to determine if you qualify.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if these terms are violated.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy. Results vary based on individual circumstances and engagement.

The use of our Services does not create a therapist-client relationship until an intake is completed and therapy has begun with Dr. Doreen Frimpong-Brago.
